Villa Irida, Corfu - Sleeps up to 14 
Villa Irida is an impressive property, with views extending over the quiet sandy beach of Kalamaki below
to the mountains of Albania in the distance. Irida has many sea facing terraces, including a large shaded
dining terrace with barbecue and a lawned area at the front of the house. Irida is a perfect family villa
for large parties with children of all ages. Parents with young children will appreciate the gated pool
and gated outdoor steps, children's pool and play area, offering swings, a slide and a see-saw, as well
as Kalamaki Beach underneath with its gently shelving shallow water, ideal for your little ones. Teenagers
will like the separate studio bedrooms and nightlife of nearby Kassiopi, giving them a bit of independence.
The pool area also boasts a shaded area with table tennis and poolside WC.

La Cancela Verde, Lanzarote - Sleeps up to 6
La Cancela Verde is a spacious property all on one level. An attractive feature is the pool area – with a
circular children's pool 2m in diameter and 0.5m depth. There are open and covered terraces with built-in
barbecue, and a covered seating area to the side of the house with direct access from the kitchen area.
