This is a really lovely villa, very private with a beautiful outlook from the terrace. Could do with air conditioning in the bedrooms as it gets very hot and the fans are loud to have on all the time. Very well equipped but would recommend some plastic crockery for children. Slightly confused about the cleaning service as it suggests a tip of 6euros per person per week which adds up - is this a tip or a payment? Suggest charging a few extra Euros to include dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid and basic cleaning materials as irritating to have to purchase a box of 40 for a 2 week trip!! Otherwise, a lovely place.

Clients are not obliged to tip the maids. The maids are paid for the services they provide and we only suggest an amount for a tip as a guide.

Just back from this villa had a fantastic time. We all enjoyed ourselves very much. The facilities in the villa were fantastic, the pool, barbecue and garden and grounds were out of this world. Could not have wished for a better setting. Stay in Porto Pollensa - the food and service are excellent, I spent 3 hours dining here with my 4 friends and was not rushed at all. Great service from Vince (concierge), he gave us great advice on were to eat and the beach we went to was great too. What can I say - an excellent holiday all round.
