Excellent villa. Excellent location. Excellent concierge. Excellent cleaner/villa owner. As you can gather we had a fantastic holiday! We would not hesitate to recommend this villa and holiday destination to anybody!!

This villa has now been updated with fabulous new bathrooms with walk in showers and luxury baths. Also, the double bed in the double bedroom has a new softer mattress! The views are still superb and the villa well equipped. The lovely owner gave us with gifts throughout our stay, there are fresh flowers in the lounge and bedrooms, and we were made to feel very welcome.

This villa is in a great location with spectacular views however it is certainly not suitable for young children. The bathrooms could do with updating but overall were of a decent standard however the beds in all bedrooms are uncomfortable. The double bed is very small, noisy and very hard. The beds really need to be sorted.

The villa owner has replaced the old double bed with a larger double with an excellent mattress. Both bathrooms have been refurbished for 2011 and look fantastic. All of the refurbishments are complete.

The Villa was absolutely stunning with amazing views and a wonderful pool in which it all to easily to let the days just drift by. The owner was very friendly and the Concierge also could not have been more helpful, although be warned, we had to leave our villa at 10.00am, and although everything was booked through Meon Villas we had to fend for ourselves with all our luggage, for over 13 hours. (7 nights means just that, so don't expect seven days). We were offered the use of a villa for a few hours but would have had to pay 100 euros for the privilege. Still the holiday was lovely even though the end was a bit marred for us.

All clients are asked to vacate their villa by 10am, purely so we can clean the villa in preparation for the following clients' arrival. We will always try to accommodate clients with later flights locally but cannot guarantee this. We're delighted Mr Barber enjoyed House on the Rocks - it really is a stunning villa.

The villa was superb. It exceeded our expectations in every way, from the fantastic views to the well equipped kitchen, close vicinity to the beach and lovely local supermarket. One thing worth noting is the fact that accessing the villa is down a steep slope and therefore may not be suitable for everyone.

We loved this villa and barely felt the urge to leave it. The views are quite simply the best; the house is clean and well-appointed; the pool was very well-used during our stay. Lovely choice of local Tavernas within walking distance. My children enjoyed negotiating a rather difficult, rocky path below the villa through the olive groves to the very quiet little village below - finding lizards and other bits of wildlife on the way. Then, on the last day, we discovered there was a better, official path just above the villa! We also enjoyed walking a few kilometres of the Corfu Trail along the coast to the next couple of villages. A very relaxed stay.
