I really wanted to share with all your customers the most amazing holiday I have enjoyed at Christiano villa no 7. We took along my sister and brother in law to spend the 2 weeks holiday with. The villa was everything and more we had hoped for - very spacious with a fantastic swimming pool, which I have to say did not go to waste as we enjoyed great fun and relaxation cooling off. What impressed us above everything else was the overall cleanliness of not only the villa which was cleaned on a daily basis but the fantastic gardens which were maintained to a high standard and even the pool man who came weekly and shared a drink with us. We had some friends join us for a few days mid week and they wished they had come for longer. Overall fantastic villa and settings looking forward one day to returning and enjoying yet another wonderful holiday with Meon Villas.

My Husband and two young daughters (3yrs and 8yrs) stayed in this villa for the second week of a two week holiday. Overall, the location of the villa was very convenient for the beach, the shops, a selection of great places to visit and restaurants to dine at. However, we did feel that the cleanliness of the villa left a lot to be desired and we were without hot water for the first three days of our week stay. Our rep Jemma was very good and tried very hard to put the hot water problem right. The villa is owned by a local company and not a private home and I think this makes a huge difference.

Occasionally some Mediterranean countries have issues with the provision of hot water. Where this is the case, your concierge will help to ensure you have a supply as soon as possible. We value customer feedback highly, and so have passed on Mrs Harnetts comments on to the villa owner.
