Set in a quiet residential area of Javea on two levels, this tastefully decorated villa has all the comforts of home. Approached across a spacious, terracotta terrace the outside area is well equipped with a built-in barbecue, chill-out area, al fresco dining terrace to one side, pool with waterslide, small lawn, palm trees and landscaped rockery to the other side.

Patio doors lead into the lower level living area with TV for DVD, video and Xbox® use, keeping the family entertained, and those wishing to relax quietly can choose the main lounge or enclosed naya on the upper level (connected by an internal staircase). The open plan design of the upper level serves 10 people comfortably with an L-shape kitchen and dining area.

Views across the national park of Toscamar provide a rural feeling about the location, yet all resort amenities are just a short drive away. This villa is ideal for two families travelling together.

Villa Layout

Entrance to upper level by either internal or external stairs, into enclosed naya. This area leads to the open-plan lounge and dining areas. L-shape kitchen with patio doors leading to a rear courtyard. Double bedroom with king-size bed, en suite bathroom with corner bathtub, and balcony (small children must be supervised if allowed access onto this balcony). Twin bedroom. Separate bathroom with walk-in shower. Lower level: A small entrance hall with internal stairs connecting to the upper level and patio doors out to the pool area. One bathroom with bathtub and separate shower serves the two double rooms (one with king-size bed and patio doors to pool) and one twin room, all leading off from a small seating area. A chill-out area with sink, fridge and a built-in barbecue is located beside the pool.
