This cosy villa sits perched on one of the small mounts at the edge of the old town of Pollensa, with magnificent panoramic views. Accessed by a narrow country lane, the pool and garden lawn enjoy views of all of Pollensa's landmarks such as Puig de Maria, the steps of Calvari, the main plaza and church, and the valley that meanders across to the Bays of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia - the perfect setting for a barbecue on a warm summer evening. Villa Estanco is just a short drive from the town of Pollensa, where you can visit the numerous tapas bars and restaurants to sample the local cuisine and wines. The layout of the villa is ideal for a small group or family wishing to experience the rural side of Pollensa whilst being close to all amenities.

Entrance into the open-plan lounge and dining area. To the left is the kitchen. To the right is one twin bedroom with en suite shower, a separate bathroom with shower and one double bedroom. The utility room is situated outside with a washing machine and an area to dry clothes.
