Villa Periquita is an elegant, modern and well furnished villa nestled in the Monchique mountains with stunning views of the rolling countryside and the Atlantic Ocean. Stylishly decorated throughout, Periquita offers high quality and comfort. Outside there are landscaped lawns, with covered and shaded terraces for al fresco dining at the pool bar and an infinity pool with “beach“style sloping access. A table tennis table is also available. The views from this villa are outstanding. Add to this the outside bar, barbecue, and the lawned gardens, and you really do have a wonderful place to entertain.

Entrance to the villa is on the first floor: Lounge/dining area, separate TV lounge. Modern, well-equipped kitchen with double oven range. Laundry room. Separate cloakroom. One double bedroom with en suite bathroom and private balcony. Stairs lead down to two twin bedrooms, each with en suite shower room, master double bedroom with en suite bathroom and dressing room. All lower floor rooms have access to lawned terraces.
