Villa Mouraria is a magnificent, imposing villa that does full credit to its name, translated as 'Moorish summer palace'. This detached house is situated in a residential area in Carvoeiro and
is close to the beach. Villa Mouraria has its own beautiful swimming pool with Jacuzzi area and a private tennis court (Please bring your own rackets and balls to the property).
Mouraria is an ideal villa for two families holidaying together, or for a large group of friends. The outside terraces are superb for entertaining. Or if it gets too hot you'll be extremely grateful
for the internal ventilation system.

Villa Layout ? Set on two levels and furnished to a very high standard throughout. Enter the villa to the hall, which leads to a well-furnished lounge/dining room with comfortable sofas
around a fireplace and television. There is a second sitting area with a view of the swimming pool and garden. Patio doors lead from the lounge to the swimming pool and terrace. The
kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. On the ground floor there is a master twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading to the pool terrace, there are a further
three twin bedrooms on the ground floor each with en-suite bathroom. Steps lead to the first floor where a further three twin bedrooms are located. All of the bedrooms have a balcony, an en-suite bathroom or shower room and a ceiling fan.
