Villa Marley is a newly built, modern villa offering excellent quality. Located in a residential area and just a 10 minute walk from the sandy beach of Sao Rafael, 3 kilometres west of Albufeira. Furnished throughout to a high quality and in contemporary design, every last detail of this villa has been carefully thought through down to the electric shutters in all rooms.
Every bedroom has air conditioning and a flat screen TV with either Sky or Freeview UK channels whilst the appliances and all furnishings are of a very high quality and wireless broad band access is available on request. With a gated pool with sundeck and secure gates surrounding the property, this is a perfect villa for families with young children. It also benefits from a spacious barbecue terrace and small lawn. Being just a short walk from the beach, it's also ideal if you don't want to use a car too often.
