An attractive older style house, standing in its own well kept gardens and situated in a small cul-de-
sac only a few minutes walk from the popular sandy beach of Santo Tomas. The villa has a spacious front terrace with views across to the sea and from here a gated staircase leads down to the pool which is located to the side of the villa.
The pool area is secluded and is ideal for outdoor dining, especially with the built-in barbecue.
