A lovely large, older Spanish style villa, spacious and comfortably furnished inside, built into the hillside and now accessed by an alternative entrance by road at the rear of the property, to avoid having to using the steps at the front. The kitchen, lounge and dining area all centre around a small internal courtyard on the lower level with doors leading to an open terrace with barbecue area and a clear, blue infinity pool. The 3 bedrooms on the upper level are bright and airy with sea views, one room also has doors leading to a large open terrace (due to it's low walls children must be supervised) and the whole villa welcomes you with a sense of homeliness. The games room provides ping pong, Wii Sport and Playstation2 and there is internet access available.

The terraced gardens are full of colourful plants and flowers and the pool area is absolutely fabulous with panoramic views along the coastline. The property has air conditioning in the 2 main bedrooms, available at an additional charge. The upper part of the house is not available for use.

The property is accessed via a road directly to the upper level, with parking available. Lounge/dining room with doors to terrace. Kitchen. Cloakroom. Steps up to a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, each with en suite bathroom. Further twin bedroom with en suite bathroom and a door to the roof terrace. Games room with table tennis. The upper part of the house is not available for use.

Please Note: The pool and roof terraces have low sided walls and there are a number of steps/levels in this house. Therefore it is considered unsuitable for very young children or those with limited mobility.
