A delightful, traditional Menorcan cottage-style house, beautifully positioned at the waters edge in the residential area of Binibeca Vell. Comfortably furnished accommodation on two levels. Enjoy swimming in the sea from a rocky cove or in your own pool - you have the best of both worlds at this property. There is a covered area with a tiled stone table for al fresco dining. But if you don't feel like cooking its just a couple of minutes walk to the centre of Binibeca Vell which offers a selection of bars & restaurants.

Exterior access to utility room. First floor (accessed via roof terrace with low walls - not suitable for young children): An attic style twin bedroom (built-in beds) with low beamed ceiling and en suite shower room with fantastic sea views.
