Sa Talaia is one of four villas, located between the resorts of Punta Prima and Binibeca in an upmarket, developed area. Set on one level, this spacious villa is bright and airy, with good quality, modern furniture throughout. The open-plan kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary modern conveniences. The open-plan lounge has large windows, which allow the fantastic sea views to be enjoyed from within the villa as well as the attractive pool area.
Villa Layout
Entrance into a small hallway. To the left is an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area (seating area also in kitchen). Direct access from lounge to front terrace with pool, barbecue, covered and open terraces and excellent sea views. Opposite the kitchen is a further small corridor opening out into a master bedroom with en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and ample storage space. Turning right from the entrance there are two twin rooms plus a separate bathroom, also with a walk-in shower, and access to the back garden.
