Ta Kikka is a delightful old farmhouse which has been lovingly restored retaining much of its original charm. It represents a fine example of Gozitan architecture with cool hallways, sweeping stone staircases and high ceilings. The views from the garden and pool area are outstanding taking in the countryside and the distant sea. San Lawrenz is a quiet rural village, built on a plain surrounded by three hills, and lies to the west of Gozo some 4 kms from Victoria (Rabat), the capital of the island.

Villa Layout ? For a home away from home, the villa has two living rooms, one with skylights making it bright and airy, a really well equipped kitchen (for the chef away from home it is a
real plus), a dining room and shower room. Upstairs there are four twin bedrooms, the master bedroom having an ensuite shower room and terrace doors that open on to an extraordinary
rooftop sun terrace with breathtaking pastoral and sea views (care should be taken due to the low balustrade walls). All bedrooms benefit from air conditioning. There is also a
further bathroom.
