Villa Marina is ideally situated on the cliff right above glorious Ai Hellis beach and offers spectacular views along the coastline and out to sea. Formerly two semi detached houses, the interior now offers an open-plan living and dining area on the ground floor and the upper floors are still accessed by two separate staircases.

Ground floor: large living room with fireplace leading through to the dining area and onto a sea facing terrace. Open plan kitchen with breakfast area, plus a second kitchenette (there are two large fridge/freezers and two dishwashers). Shower room. Twin bedroom with adjacent shower room. Stairs to first floor: double bedroom with en suite bathroom and sea facing balcony. Twin bedroom with en suite shower room and balcony overlooking the pool. The other staircase from the kitchen area leads up to double bedroom and bathroom and a further twin bedroom.

Please note care should be taken with very young children, due to the steep staircase.
