Feinikas has absolutely superb outside areas, a huge lawned garden shaded by large palm trees (the name Feinikas means 'palm tree' in Greek) and a fabulous and very large pool. In fact this villas' grounds have hosted wedding receptions for over 350 people! Situated just below the village of Kourkoumelata, commanding panoramic views of the bell
tower at Kalligata and the entire coastline including the small islet of Dias, Feinikas was the home of a prominent local family for some years. The villa accommodation is all on the raised
ground floor with wrap around covered verandah that looks over the garden and pool from which the beautiful views can be enjoyed. For families with young children this verandah can be gated from the garden and pool area so small ones can be kept safely playing in the shade. Attractively furnished in a traditional style, Feinikas is ideal for comfortable living indoors and out!
