Set on the sloping plains which descend from Mount Aenos to the beautiful bay of Lourdas, Villa Petri (situated in the same grounds but totally independent from Villa Rudi) commands panoramic views along the coastline and across to the island of Zakinthos. The villa boasts extensive terraces offering a choice of sun or shade, including a generous front terrace off the living room which is gated from the pool and garden area. The large pool terrace, surrounded by flowers and shaded barbecue area for al fresco dining completes the scene.

Open plan sitting/dining room with open plan kitchen leading to large sea facing terrace. Two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom. One full bathroom plus seperate guest cloakroom with WC.

There are some unprotected drops and unguarded steps around the villa and grounds so young children will need additional supervision.
