This stunning villa literally clings to the cliff side over Ai Hellis beach offering a proximity to the sand rarely found, combined with panoramic sea, coastal views and privacy. Named after the ruin of the old water mill which you pass on your way down the path to the beach, the interior of the villa offers spacious, modern and comfortable accommodation with light filled rooms and wonderful sea views. Sitting on the terrace in the evening you appear to be alone with the sea and the sky!
The exterior of Water Mill House offers a lovely mosaic-tiled swimming pool and a small Mediterranean style garden - the area below the pool, with grass underfoot is a charming area to sit and enjoy the view of the beach below. A small rear terrace and garden area also offer a built in BBQ and there is shaded off street parking.
