Villa Xanthy belongs to the brother of the owner of one of our most popular villas in Cephalonia ? Villa Mihas. When we first saw Villa Xanthy (half built at the time) we were totally
entranced by the location. Xanthy clings to the slope just behind the glorious sandy beach at Lourdas. It is separated from the sand itself by a narrow strip of land which has been given over to fruit trees and vegetable gardens. Behind Xanthy, the steep hillside rises up to the village centre ensuring the villa is tucked into its own private corner, surrounded by greenery but just a stroll from the beach! The views from Xanthy's balcony are magical. The sparkling sea and the coastline of Lourdas Bay to St. Thomas and Spartia across the bay. Nearby Zante glistens in the distance. The villa is on two levels, mainly modern in design but with some lovely traditional features
such as one stone wall in the living room. The swimming pool is very private and fully enjoys the view. A barbecue and outside shower complete the perfection. We feel sure that Xanthy
will become a firm favorite with many guests returning year after year!

Living room with fireplace, open plan dining room and kitchen seperated by a breakfast bar. This area all opens onto the front balcony facing the sea. Shower room. Utility room. Stairs to first floor. Double bedroom with en suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms Shower room. Two of these bedrooms lead out to extensive terrace with lounging furniture.
