Outside the village of Klismata, this wonderful property offers a total hideaway to relax and chill out in very stylish surroundings. During the 3 years that it took to complete this lovely house the owners have paid great attention to detail, both in the planning of the villa itself and also when choosing furnishings and items to adorn their holiday home. The result is an exceptional house which follows the concept of outdoor / indoor living, so appropriate in this part of the world! The larger than average swimming pool sits in a lawned garden, enjoying wonderful views over the sea.

Villa Layout

The entrance leads via glass sliding doors to the extensive covered terrace, bedrooms to the right comprising a double bedroom with en suite shower room and two twin rooms sharing a bathroom. The living areas comprise of a living room with fireplace and wooden beamed ceiling, split-level dining room and separate kitchen. A guest suite with separate, outside access comprises a large double bedroom with en suite shower. All bedrooms have a balcony/terrace.
