Villa Yiannis hangs on the rocky cliff above the sea, on the dramatic coastline between Zante Town and the Vasilikos Peninsula, with spectacular views over the coast and across to the Peleponese. The house is totally unique! It has been lovingly built and decorated by its charming owner and encapsulates the essence of a Greek island; wonderful quirky charm, bright Mediterranean colours, and a splash of humour! It is also very well equipped with attractive, comfortable furnishings. The pool is set into a large terrace hanging over the coast and offers an outside shower and barbecue as well as shady dining area. There is rock bathing below the villa but access is tricky and definitely not recommended for children or anyone who considers themselves less than fit!
Room Facilities
Villa Layout ? Ground floor. Living/dining room with open plan kitchen, cloakroom with WC, twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, doors to terrace. Steep open slatted wooden stairs lead to the upper level. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, partly shaded terrace with uninterrupted views. Please note that due to the steep staircase we do not feel this house is ideal for children under 6 years and care will need to be taken. The driveway to the villa is extremely steep.

per week, payable in advance, swimming pool 8m x 4m (Depth 1.20m - 1.75m), note- Car hire is essential as taxi's are reluctant to drive to villa down steep track (passengers have to carry own luggage).
