This villa has been named after the very picturesque beach on which it stands. Set in a pretty, enclosed garden, in the midst of which is the swimming pool, Avlaki Beach House has been
tastefully renovated in Mediterranean style and extended to provide very comfortable, spacious and attractive family accommodation. The location is hard to beat, combining privacy with a beachfront location as the beach is less than a stone's throw away across the small beach road. Avlaki Beach House has a selection of covered and open terraces, one of which is a barbecue terrace. The beach has a small watersports centre (dinghies, windsurfers and pedaloes) and
hired boats can be moored almost in front of the villa. We feel sure that this villa offers everything for a discerning larger party. With an excellent taverna just a few steps away, it will
be hard to drag yourself away. Regular guests will be pleased to know that brand new sunbeds will be available for 2009.

Ground floor: large open plan living/dining room with fireplace, all opening onto long covered terrace with outside dining area by the pool and garden. Separate kitchen. Double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom, shower room, twin bedroom with en suite shower room. Stairs to first floor: Master double bedroom with en suite bathroom, twin bedroom with en suite shower room.
