This spectacular villa takes its name from the waves, which can be heard gently lapping on the nearby shoreline as you gaze from the upper balcony out across the olive groves and the crystal clear sea to the distant Albanian mountains. Kyma has an exceptional position just a few minutes walk from the water's edge, yet is tucked away in the steeply sloping olive groves between the coastal road and the sea. The extensive living room is situated on the upper floor to benefit from the most spectacular views and outside, steps via the barbecue area lead down to the pool. The bedrooms below lead straight out on to the swimming pool terrace.

Ground floor: Hallway leads to a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and terrace, twin bedroom with en suite shower room and terrace, twin bedroom with en suite shower room, utility room. Stairs to first floor: Open-plan kitchen/dining area with large dining balcony/living room with fireplace, cloakroom with WC, double bedroom with en suite shower room. Outside steps to barbecue area and down to pool.
