This beautiful new villa in Aghios Stefanos belongs to the same local builder and stone mason as Sotiris and Leonora, and intending it to be his flagship, he has given it his family name! Set in a secluded spot on the edge of the village and majestically overlooking the harbour, it is within easy walking distance of the beach, tavernas and shops. There is a large sun terrace with barbecue area and the design of the house is unusual and attractive, featuring a hexagonal living room with a similarly shaped terrace on the first floor.
