Eftihia overlooks the picturesque harbour of Aghios Stefanos, on the same beautiful headland as the ever popular Fotoula and Stefanos. The villa is the closest of the three to the village and the waterfront itself, with its pool just metres from the water's edge. Eftihia has an attractive split-level design with many terraces and balconies from which to enjoy the comings and goings of the boats in the harbour.
Room Facilities
Open plan living/dining room with kitchen opening onto large terrace. A few steps lead down to the lower level with two twin bedrooms leading out onto the pool area, and two shower rooms. From the entrance hall steps lead up to the double bedroom with bathroom and seafacing balcony.
