The phrase 'this location can hardly be bettered', is rather overworked, but for Villa Eva it really is appropriate! Set on the tip of the beautiful headland to the north end of Avlaki beach, accessed by an unmade track (and adjacent to Georgia), the pool virtually hangs over the sea. It offers views from Avlaki itself to the green headland opposite with hidden coves and out across the channel to Albania and the distant mountains. The house itself offers extensive terraces with both sun and shade and is well-equipped including a built in barbecue. The villa is very attractively and comfortably furnished in a predominantly modern style, in cool, neutral tones. Together with nearby Villa Georgia, Villa Eva could accommodate a party of up to 12 people wishing to holiday in privacy but close to each other.

Location
Beach - Avlaki Beach and tavernas can be accessed by a rough path through the grounds of the Bella Mare Hotel from the villa - approx 300m. Otherwise access to the beach is along the villa driveway (rough, unmade) and then along the road - total distance 550m. Shops / Restaurants - Supermarket 2kms, Kassiopi 3.5kms. Distance from airport - 38kms.
