Aliki stands in its own grounds with areas of lawn on the edge of the headland separating Kassiopi harbour from the beach. With direct access by path (gated) to a small bay underneath the villa, Aliki also offers an unusually large swimming pool with stunning views and excellent accomodation on three levels. Furnishings are very comfortable and stylish, with many items being either hand carved or hand painted.

Villa Layout

Ground Floor: living/dining room with open plan kitchen. Patio doors to pool area and garden. Separate WC. An additional suite accessed from the side terrace (off the living room) offers a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and small kitchenette area with fridge.

First floor: hallway with a small office/sitting area. Two twin bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, the other with shower room, both having access to sea-facing balcony.

Second floor: double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, both bedrooms with access to balconies.

Location

Beach - The beach, reached by a path from the villa grounds, is a tiny pebble cove, ideal for swimming, but access may prove difficult for some guests. Shops/Restaurants - Tavernas/shops/nightlife at Kassiopi harbour 80-150m. Distance from airport - 40km.
