Aurora is a brand new spacious family house recently completed by an English family who have visited Corfu many times and fallen in love with this part of the island! With four generous sized bedrooms, Aurora is ideal for two families holidaying together. Set in shaded grounds with plenty of terraces including a lovely shaded dining and outdoor sitting terrace with views over the unspoilt olive groves to the sea and Albania beyond. The sweeping pebble beach of Avlaki is just a short drive, or even a walk, away and offers two tavernas, excellent swimming, dinghy sailing and windsurfing plus boats for hire. Bright and modern inside, with a very stylish, and well-equipped kitchen/living room, separate TV and family room.

Villa Layout ? Open plan living room and kitchen with central island. Doors leading to the front balcony and down to the pool area. Guest WC. Den/playroom offering a single sofa bed.
Second living room/conservatory, laundry room Stairs to first floor. Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Double bedroom with ensuite shower room and twin room with ensuite WC and basin (all these bedrooms lead out onto a sea-facing balcony). There is also a stair gate at the top of the stairs.
