Sivilla stands just above the north east coastal road and offers very easy access (even on foot) to the beach and tavernas at Nissaki, as well as local shops. The building has recently undergone major refurbishment which has resulted in an excellent villa being created - combining modern, stylish accommodation with extensive outside areas, a large pool and lovely views.
This house is ideal for either couples travelling together or for a larger family party looking for a high standard villa, very conveniently located.
Room Facilities
Extrance through private gates to the main parking area and up a few steps to the lower level which houses 3 bedrooms. One double and 2 twin bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms (one of these bedrooms has its own separate outside access as well as interior access making it even more private) all lead out onto a large balcony. The upper level is home to the extensive living/dining room with fireplace and brand new fitted kitchen, leading out to an extensive balcony enjoying panoramic views of the coastline across to Corfu Town. This balcony offers both sitting and dining areas with shade and sun. Another twin bedroom on this level with en suite bathroom as well as an additional WC with shower. The pool, set into a stone paved terrace is tucked into a private corner to the side of the house and reached from the living area, also offers another raised terrace with lounging furniture which is ideal for early evening (or anytime) with the view over the pool then looking onto the sea beyond?an ideal spot for a relaxing drink!
