The breathtaking Villa Claire has been created over the past 3 years on a stunning hillside above the north east coast of Corfu, offering total privacy and seclusion and fabulous panoramic views over the unspoilt countryside of Sinies.
No expense has been spared in the creation of this magnificent villa, which has been equipped with top of the range bathrooms, leisure equipment and simply beautiful hand-crafted furniture. The extensive grounds, with areas of lawn, incorporates an enormous swimming pool situated away from the house on a raised plateau with its own pool house and outdoor kitchen, including a barbecue. The paved terrace beside the pool commands an unbelievable view over the Corfu Channel and is an ideal spot for relaxing and sunbathing.
A floodlit tennis court is placed below the house (bring your own rackets please) and the lower level of the house also offers a hamman with massage shower, gymnasium and snooker table. Should you be able to drag yourselves away, the beaches of Koyavenas and Avlaki are just 10 minutes drive away and Aghios Stefanos village or busier Kassiopi about the same.

The villa is laid out over 3 levels with a lift between the levels as well as a staircase.
Entrance level: Open plan hallway and spacious living room with dining area. Large patio doors opening on to a covered balcony. Supplementary kitchen. Double bedroom with en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi® bath and balcony. Double bedroom with en suite shower room with hydromassage shower and balcony.

Lower ground floor. Main kitchen with separate outside entrance for staff. Everyday sitting room and dining area with fireplace leading to garden. Playroom with billiard table. Spa area with hammam, massage shower, WC, gymnasium. Door to outside with path access to tennis court . Double bedroom with en suite walk in shower room.
