Del Cielo is a stunning, private retreat, majestically situated on a rocky crag below the hillside village of Spartilas, offering unbelievable views over the coastline and most of the island itself, as well as Albania and the Greek mainland. The beautiful stone property was constructed to protect the 150 olive trees and, following the contours of the land, blends naturally with its surroundings.

Featured in the Sunday Times in March 2010 as one of the top 100 villas in Europe, Del Cielo is full of charm and character. The comfortable interiors are stylishly decorated with quality furnishings and finishes providing a light, informal ambience. The circular stone tower can be seen as you climb the winding road up to Spartilas and the villa has been built in a horse-shoe shape, encircling the pool, main sunbathing and al fresco dining areas.

An ideal house for a large family gathering or group of friends, Del Cielo offers the possibility of entertaining with an excellent outdoor kitchen, fully equipped with barbecue and wood burning oven. Various play/entertainment areas to the rear of the house will keep children of all ages entertained.

Note: For certain weeks in May, June, September and October this house can be booked by smaller parties (from just 2 persons to a maximum of 6) at a reduced rate. The accommodation offered in this case would be in the main house. The garden suite and the Tower would be closed.

Villa Layout

Main building - Ground floor: Hall, cloakroom with WC, living room. Open plan fully fitted kitchen with central island and dining area. Terrace for outside dining. Utility room. Twin bedroom with en suite shower room leading via walkway through a small courtyard to a further twin bedroom with en suite shower room.

First floor: Master bedroom suite with double bed, en suite bathroom with double ended bath, walk-in shower, separate WC. Loggia leading to large private terrace with panoramic views and outdoor furniture. Outside access to lower garden suite comprising double bedroom with en suite shower room, terrace.

The Tower - Entrance door via steps to first floor. Double bedroom, wooden stairs to upper terrace and down to bathroom. Ground level bathroom with free standing double ended copper bath tub, separate WC.

Outside - Covered outdoor kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, barbecue and pizza oven. Shaded paved dining area.
