Set in a pleasant residential development of Playa Blanca, these 2 newly built modern detached villas, offer a good base for friends and families holidaying together. The villas are spacious and tastefully decorated and equipped with all the necessary modern conveniences. Each villa has its own pool, terraced areas and garden separated by low volcanic rock walls.

Set on one level, both villa types have an open plan lounge/dining area with doors leading onto a terrace area (covered) with built-in barbecue, and a fully equipped kitchen with an outdoor utility area. The 3 bedroom villa consists of a double bedded room with ensuite bathroom with double sink, Jacuzzi bath and a separate 'walk-in' shower, 2 twin bedded rooms with 2 shower rooms, one with double sink and 'walkin' shower with 2 shower heads. The 4 bedroom villa consists of an extra double bedded room.

What's included
Air conditioning and heating are available in the lounge area and master bedroom. Pool heating is included during Nov-Apr and is available on request from May-Oct from £60 per week, payable in advance.
