These brand new villas are ideally situated on the outskirts of Playa Blanca in an upmarket residential area, a short drive from the resort centre, beaches and Rubicon Marina. The resort itself offers a relaxed, informal holiday atmosphere for all age groups and the white sandy bays and turquoise clear waters of Papgayo are just a stones throw away.
Set on two levels the villas are perfect for families travelling together, with open terraces, pool and a small children's pool, everything provided is of the highest quality and latest design. With two twin and two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub. The villas are spacious and fully equipped with modern furnishings and everything required to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.

Outside access to lower level via external stairs (18): Two twin bedded rooms, bathroom with shower only and spacious lounge area. Upper (street) level: Dining area with patio doors out to pool terrace with open pergola. Open plan lounge area, separate kitchen.
Master double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a further double bedroom and separate shower room with power massage shower.

Swimming Pool 8m x 4m (Depth 1.00m - 1.80m) and separate children's pool.
