C'an Joan is situated in the countryside, but conveniently close to the road into the old town of Pollensa with an excellent selection of restaurants and bars (approx. 5 minutes drive away), Pollensa golf course, and the well known 5-star hotel Son Brull. Pleasant views of the countryside and mountains can be enjoyed from the open terrace that surrounds the rectangular-shaped pool. There is a barbecue on the side terrace. An ideal property for a couple or small party.
