This is an absolutely charming villa set in a tranquil location in the countryside at the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range. Hidden away but still within a short 10 minute drive to the old town of Pollensa, with its excellent selection of restaurants & weekly Sunday market ? renowned for its fresh local produce. For golf enthusiasts the 9 hole Pollensa golf course is only a 5 minute drive away. All on one level, the property is extremely well furnished and has a lovely covered porch at the front of the house with a long wooden Mallorcan table making it a perfect place for meals outdoors. If you like cooking there's a large separate covered barbecue area. The gardens are well tended, full of colour with bougainvillaea, almond and olive trees.
