This attractive villa located in the quiet area of La Font is comfortably furnished in a modern style with a hint of traditional Majorca. The main entrance leads straight into the spacious lounge and dining area with a cosy, homely atmosphere, including a wood burning stove at the far end of the lounge. At the other end is the fully equipped kitchen, with oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer, the kitchen is light and airy with direct access out onto the pool and barbecue terraces which all provide spectacular views across the surrounding countryside. The main front terrace has recently been re-designed with a large wooden beamed ceiling
providing a pleasant, shady area to escape from the heat of the midday sun. The addition of up-lighters also makes this the perfect place to enjoy a sizzling barbecue during those summer
evenings.
The pool is located adjacent to a well-kept lawn and garden area, perfect for children to play safely and again providing some shade. All the bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with it's own picturesque view across the neighbouring mountains.
