This delightful villa is set in an elevated position, approached by a narrow country lane that is lined with carob trees. The colourful, mature garden and terraces provide beautiful shady areas to sit and relax whilst enjoying the views of the Puig de Son Fe and the Sierra Tramuntana Mountain Range in the distance.

Villa Layout

Ground Floor: Open plan lounge and dining area leads to the modern, fully fitted kitchen, which overlooks the pool area. One twin bedroom with direct access to the pool and a bathroom with a half bath and shower. The third bedroom (double) with shower room is accessed directly from the pool terrace. The shower room is ground level and the double bed is located on the upper level accessed by wooden stairs. Please note there is no interconnecting door with the main house.

First Floor: Double bedded room with breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. These can be enjoyed from a second lounge area with comfortable seating and large windows with lockable access to a small roof terrace. Please note that small children must be supervised if allowed to access the roof terrace.
