Located in the rural countryside, on the original Pollensa to Campanet country road, a gravel drive brings you up to the traditional wooden door of this delightful, country villa. A spacious, shady terrace runs the whole length and around the villa, draped in Buganvillas and other colourful plants such as roses, as the name suggests. A mature and vibrant, well tendered garden with shady palm tress, local fauna and grassy banks provides for wonderful views from every window. A small crazy paving stone path leads the way to the good sized pool, nestled amidst the lush vegetation and Buganvillas, with a separate pool shower, wc and purpose built barbecue area with plenty of seating for all to dine al fresco during those warm, summer evenings. There is also ample parking on site.
Interior furnishings are of high quality, comfortable and stylish with a fully equipped kitchen.
Room Facilities
The villa itself is set all on one level. The entrance leads directly into the lounge with ample, comfortable seating and small mezzanine for extra storage space, here there is also a dining area. Then on into the spacious, bright and fully equipped kitchen also with dining table. A corridor leads to the four bedrooms, all of which have air conditioning. Double with four poster bed and en-suite bathroom, further double bedroom with en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms each with an en-suite shower room.
