Set on the edge of the Pollensa Albufera in the tranquil countryside, Villa Moliner is a high quality Majorcan style Finca. Surrounded by a spacious lawn dotted with palm trees, ornate gated fish pond, a good sized pool with jacuzzi and open and covered terraces, Moliner is set on two levels with an open plan living area providing various seating areas to read or sit and relax. The small library provides a selection of books. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances a central island and provides easy access to the outside terrace area and BBQ area.
There is one double room with en suite shower room on the ground floor, as well as a utility room and separate cloakroom. The gated spiral staircase leads to the 1st floor where a further three bedrooms are located, one with en suite jacuzzi corner bath and power shower and a separate bathroom, all tastefully decorated with extensive views across to the surrounding countryside. Air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms at a small supplement. Moliner provides comfort of a high standard in a beautiful natural setting, with the resorts of Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa old town just minutes away.
