Margarita stands above the resort of Kalyves in generous, well tended gardens with large lawn area ? surveying the surrounding resort, coastal area, olive and orange groves as far as the White Mountains. The pool is set into a large terrace which also offers a barbecue. The house itself is perfect for a large group, with bedrooms in the upper part and a further two on the pool level. Great for giving older children a bit of privacy!
The interior is very light and modern with large picture windows so you can really enjoy the view, even from the interior.

Raised ground floor: Large open plan living/dining room, kitchen, twin bedroom, double bedroom, bathroom with Jacuzzi. First floor: Two twin bedrooms each with own shower room. All bedrooms lead onto balconies. Lower garden level (access via interior stairs or outside steps): two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom (ceiling fans only) kitchenette (fridge/freezer and
sink ? no cooking facilities) plus a large open sitting area/games room with table tennis table which leads directly out to the pool.
