Villa Chloe is an exceptional villa above the bay at Loutraki. It is the realisation of a dream for the owner, a local business man, who built Villa Chloe, and its sister villa - Daphne, for his two daughters. Just meters from the rocks and the sea of Souda, and within easy walking distance of the lovely beach at Loutraki and excellent taverna, Chloe stands in absolutely beautiful terraced gardens leading right down to the waters edge. There is a gate and steps giving access to the rocks below for swimming. The villa is a testament to style and taste and it is no exaggeration to say that no expense was spared in the construction and equipping of this wonderful house. Predominately modern in style with large glass doors, it will certainly not be easy to drag yourselves away from this
stunning setting in order to explore the nearby bars of Akrotiri or even Chania itself. Villa Chloe is the lower of the two villas and the closest to the sea with panoramic sea and coastal views. There is a lovely barbecue and shaded dining area in the grounds just below the villa (right above the sea). Please note that because of the style and layout of Villa Chloe we
do not feel it is very suitable for children under 6 years of age. There are some unprotected drops and balcony railings with large openings.

Stairs to first floor: Two double bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms. One twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms lead onto sea-facing balconies. The landing area offers an office/sitting area with PC & internet connection. Lower ground floor: Spa area with sauna/hammam and Jacuzzi shower with massage jets. This area leads to a further terrace.
