Accessed by the same main gate as Villa Daphne, Villa Chloe is an exceptional villa above the bay at Loutraki, just metres from the rocks and the sea of Souda, and within easy walking distance of the lovely beach at Loutraki and an excellent taverna. No expense has been spared in the design of this incredible villa, which is predominately modern in style. Its beautiful terraced gardens lead right down to the water's edge where there is a gate and steps giving access to the rocks below for swimming. In the grounds just below the villa, right above the sea, there is a lovely barbecue and shaded dining area, which is perfect for a nice meal, or head to the nearby towns of Akrotiri and Chiania for an enjoyable evening.

Villa Layout

Entrance into hallway. Guest cloakroom with WC. Living room leading to large shaded dining terrace. Fully-fitted kitchen with dining area. Double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Stairs to first floor: Two double bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. One twin bedroom with en suite bathroom. All bedrooms lead onto sea-facing balconies. The landing area offers an office/sitting area with a PC and internet connection. Lower ground floor: Spa area with sauna/hammam and shower with massage jets. This area leads to a further terrace.

Please Note: There are some unprotected drops and balcony railings with large openings. Children in the party will need additional supervision.
