Preve is a charming small house in generous indigenous grounds. Originally built as a holiday home for an aristocratic local family, the pool was recently added, placed below the main
terrace to fully benefit from the stunning views. Looking over the entire Souda Bay and across to the area east of Chania, the large terrace, leading off the living room is ideal for star gazing, ship spotting or simply relaxing and enjoying the view!
Preve offers comfortable living with excellent outside areas. There is also a shaded dining area at the side of the house ideal for cool al fresco meals. The interior is traditional with some really excellent original oil paintings on the walls.
Easily accessible, but private without being isolated, the historic town of Chania is just a shortdrive away, as are the beaches and restaurants of Akrotiri.

2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin), Satellite TV, Washing machine, No microwave or barbecue, Dishwasher, Air conditioning in both bedrooms is included in July and August. At other times from £100 per week, payable in advance, Swimming Pool 10m x 5.5m (Depth 1.25m - 1.85m).
