Marista is a beautiful, stylish villa set in a generous garden with many shrubs and flowers providing the perfect setting for the large pool. Set back from the main Coral Bay road leading to the Akamas peninsula at the end of a cul-de-sac, the villa enjoys easy access to both the beach and resort, and lovely sea views from the terraces, balcony and pool area. Beautifully designed, well equipped and tastefully furnished, Marista's caring owners ensure that the house is continuously updated, making it one of our most popular homes in Cyprus. The split-level living room with patio doors offers a panoramic view opening directly onto a large shaded dining veranda. Views from this veranda and the pool patio, which also incorporates a shaded barbecue area and sauna, extend over the countryside and out towards the sea.

Ground floor: Hall leads to a large open-plan kitchen, dining room and split-level living room with open fireplace. Guest WC. Three steps down to two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom. First floor: Master double bedroom opening onto sea-facing balcony. Adjacent shower room. Tented and curtained area by the pool housing sauna and lounging area.
