Approached by a driveway that leads through orange groves, Villa Niki is a beautiful villa that offers panoramic views across the Bay of Polis. This two-storey property boasts a number of terraces and balconies from which to enjoy the wonderful view, including the pool terrace and side terrace with a barbecue, as well as balconies on the upper floor. Villa Niki is an all round excellent villa in a rural location, but is still close to the beach and seaside resort. The interior of the villa is very stylish, and the owner has added many charming touches such as lovely bedspreads and attractive decorative pots. Villa Niki is situated near to Villa Demetra, making them an ideal choice for two families or larger groups holidaying together.

Ground floor: Kitchen. Large open-plan living room with dining area. Double bedroom with shower room. First Floor: Upper terrace accessed from landing. Double bedroom with en suite bathroom and doors to upper terrace. Two twin bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room and a small balcony, and the other with an en suite bathroom.
