Large Groups
Asteras must be the ideal house for a large family gathering; perfect for a wedding party, any special family celebration or just for a large group of friends. The mature gardens provide a wonderful setting for the large salt water pool, the covered dining gazebo and outdoor kitchen, as well as full barbecue and wood burning oven, all making this a perfect setting for entertaining and dining al fresco. A lockable gate opens onto a stone jetty with the sea directly below. On most off peak season dates, the villa can be available at a more attractive price for smaller groups with only the 3 top level bedrooms open for occupancy (the lower bedrooms will be closed) making all the exceptional facilities of this villa available to a smaller party. For parties over 6, the use of the full villa is at an additional price. Please note that during the periods 15 July to 25 August the use of the full house (all 7 bedrooms) is included in the villa price regardless of party size. The villa can sleep a total of 14 people but parties of over 10 will need to contact the Travel Centre.
Villa Layout
The house is on three levels.
Garden level. Double and one twin with en suite bathrooms leading directly onto the garden. Further double bedroom with en suite shower room and interconnecting twin bedroom (family suite). Kitchenette.
Interior stairs to first floor. Guest WC. Extensive living/dining room with bar area and sea views. Fully equipped kitchen.
Stairs to upper level. Two double bedrooms with en suite shower room and one twin with bathroom. All bedrooms also have a Television and access to a balcony or terrace.

Beach - 300m (sea bathing right below villa). Shop 50m / Taverna 80m, shops and restaurants at Polis 4km. Distance from airport - Paphos 45km.
