Koshinas House is located in the low hills behind the village of Argaka, just above the coast, and is surrounded by pine forest. This lovely villa boasts 360 degree views across the bay of Polis and the Akamas Peninsula to the west, and as far as Pomos to the east. An endless choice of terraces and balconies surround the villa and the over-sized infinity pool and heatable whirlpool section are perfectly placed to enjoy the wonderful views.

Ground floor: Entrance hall. Living room with dining area. Kitchen/breakfast room. Playroom (with double sofa bed). Guest WC. Double bedroom with en suite bathroom with whirlpool bathtub. Twin bedroom with en suite shower room. All rooms on the ground floor have access to terraces. First floor: Master double bedroom with sitting area and en suite bathroom with whirlpool bathtub, leading to huge terrace. Twin bedroom with en suite shower room, also leading out to the private terrace. Lower ground floor (access by internal staircase): Bedroom with en suite shower room. Games room and spa/gym area. There is no access to terraces on this level.
