In the low hills behind Argaka village, above the coast and surrounded by pine forest, Koshinas House covers the entire hillside giving 360 degree views across the bay of Polis and the
Akamas Peninsula to the west and as far Pomos to the east. This truly exceptional villa has been built in this stunning location with extensive living areas. A host of amenities are provided so that guests can really get the most out of their stay. We suspect it will just be too much effort to drag yourselves away from this lovely place! An endless choice of terraces and balconies surround the villa so the views can be enjoyed at all times of the day and evening in shade or sun, and offering the different members of any party staying at Koshinas the opportunity to escape and find a quiet, private spot to relax! The oversized infinity pool and heatable Jacuzzi pool are placed to fully enjoy these views. You can even laze in the Jacuzzi and enjoy the sunset!

Villa Layout ? Ground floor: Entrance hall, triple living room with dining area. Kitchen/breakfast room. Playroom (with double sofa bed). Guest WC. Double bedroom with en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. Twin bedroom with en suite shower room. All rooms with access to terraces on all sides. First floor: Master double bedroom with sitting area and en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath leading to huge terrace. Twin bedroom with en suite shower room, also leading out to private terrace. From April 2009 the lower ground floor (access by internal staircase) will offer another bedroom with en suite shower room. Games area with billiard table, table football and gymnasium (with at least three gym machines, mat, mirrors and weights).

4 bedrooms until March 2009 (2 doubles, 2 twins), 5 bedrooms from April 2009 (3 doubles, 2 twins), Microwave, Washing machine, Barbeque, Several TV's with satellite system, DVD player, CD/radio, Billiard table (from April 2009), Gymnasium (from April 2009), Sauna/hammam (from April 2009), Outdoor heated Jacuzzi. Heating is included from November to mid May. At other times it can be heated on request at an additional charge. Swimming pool 15m x 7m (minimum dimensions), plus separate outdoor heated Jacuzzi.
