Villa Yialos is a fabulous brand new villa in an excellent location, within walking distance of the beach and offering panoramic sea views. We feel sure Yialos will become a very popular
choice as it combines all the elements needed for an idyllic holiday. The villa is approached by a quiet track leading to the gated grounds, with just an orchard and a field separating the villa from the coastal road. A path across this field gives easy access on foot to the beach and the resort of Latchi just a little further on. The pool, built in barbecue area and grounds all offer views to the sea and the fabulous roof terrace, with a canopy for shade, is the perfect spot to enjoy a panoramic view of the entire area, whilst lazing on the attractive
and comfortable terrace furniture. The interior of the villa has been decorated with great taste and style by its charming owner, Christina. All in all we believe Yialos is an ideal choice.

terrace (this door can be locked if required).

(Apr-Oct). Free use of air conditioning units for heating in bedrooms (Nov to Mar). Plus free use of wood for the fireplace will be provided, Safety deposit box, Swimming pool 10m x 5m (Depth 1.0m - 1.70m).
