Villa Monterosoli is the result of a three year restoration of a stunning Tuscan farm house located on a hilltop between Palaia and Marti. The villa offers exceptional views, a lovely garden, total privacy and beautiful, graceful interiors.
Extensive hilltop gardens with colourful and scented shrubs surround the house and the infinity pool with views over the countryside is set away from the house. The pool area offers comfortable loungers and an outside shower. A traditional Italian farm barn has been converted to house a traditional Tuscan wood burning oven and barbecue. This area also provides a generous al fresco dining area.
The house is furnished very comfortably in a mixture of English and Italian style, and is a very elegant home.

Villa Layout ? Ground floor. A large entrance hall with guest cloakroom leads into a drawing room with library (offering a selection of English books and English films on DVD plus CD
collection). An extensive sitting room with fireplace and French windows look over the garden and valley beyond. The dining room, comfortably seating ten, leads through to the fully fitted
kitchen. Utility room. Stairs to first floor: Two large double bedrooms with marble bathrooms en-suite, plus a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. The Master double bedroom has a
large jet shower as well as bath.
