Villa Monterosoli is a stunning Tuscan farm house located on a hilltop between Palaia and Marti. The villa offers exceptional views a lovely garden, beautiful and graceful interiors.

Extensive hilltop gardens with colourful shrubs surround the house and the infinity pool with views over the countryside is set away from the house. The pool area offers comfortable loungers and an outside shower complimented with a new gazebo. A traditional Italian farm barn has been converted to house a traditional Tuscan wood burning oven and barbecue. This area also provides a generous al fresco dining area.

The house is furnished very comfortably with a mixture of English and Italian design.

Villa Layout

Ground floor: A large entrance hall with guest cloakroom leads into a drawing room with library (offering a selection of English books and English films on DVD plus CD collection). An extensive sitting room with fireplace and French windows. The dining room, comfortably seating ten, leads through to the fully fitted kitchen. Utility room.

Stairs to first floor: Two large double bedrooms with marble en suite bathrooms, plus a twin bedroom with en suite shower room. The Master double bedroom has a large jet shower as well as bath.
