Casa Fornacelle is a totally charming little cottage set in lovely gardens on a working wine estate, and having the advantage of a really large swimming pool and outstanding views over the stunning countryside around San Gimignano. A perfect location from which to enjoy this particularly pretty part of Tuscany. The main house consists of a renovated barn but additional accommodation is always available in the annexe (situated about 25 metres away from the cottage on the first floor of a separate building), but please note that we do not feel the living area in the main house is really suitable for more than 4 persons. Casa Fornacelle is ideal for a small family or two couples (using the main house and the annexe).

Small living room and kitchen with dining area. Double bedroom. Shower room. Twin bedroom. Al fresco shaded dining area. The seperate annexe has a double bedroom with shower room (a fridge is available in this studio also). The annexe has separate outside access from the main house.
