Casa Alba is an attractive restored Tuscan farmhouse barn, offering stunning views across the Tuscan countryside. Idyllically located just a short drive from the magical town of San Gimignano. The stone house sits in pretty gardens with lawn surrounding the pool. A shaded terrace in front of the house enjoys the views and a further shaded area by the pool is ideal for al fresco dining. The interior of the villa is attractive with the accommodation on two levels. Alba has a pleasant mix of modern facilities and rustic charm.
Please note, the swimming pool is only available from mid May to mid September.

Ground floor: open plan with sitting room and kitchen/dining room. Twin bedroom and shower room. Stairs lead to the upper level. Two double bedrooms and a full bathroom. The exterior of the property has a spacious lawn with a lovely pool, surrounded by open and shaded terraces.
